After several years of restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2022 we were able to attend trade fairs in various different industries and geographical areas.
RATERA attended four trade fairs in 2022:
MD&M West – (Los Angeles, USA, April 2022):
- As the leading event for pharmaceutical machinery, the MD&M trade fairs are a great place to meet with our clients who produce braided medical applications, such as surgical sutures. Ratera brought along two cutting-edge suture braiding machines to the exhibition, including a machine that manufactures continuous flat and round braided sutures with automatic splice-free transitions.
Techtextile North America – (Atlanta, USA, May 2022)
- Having supplied braiding machines in the USA since the 1970s, the event was a good opportunity to see our clients again and discuss the current needs of the American market.
Techtextile – (Frankfurt am Main, Germany, June 2022)
- As the top trade fair for technical textile applications, RATERA exhibited various pieces of machinery. On the one hand, we featured our automatic ML-100 winder, which offers high precision, top quality winding. On the other hand, a 16-spindle, 160-mm gauge braiding machine for rope sheaths.
ITME India (Noida, India, December 2022)
- Aimed at promoting investment in textile machinery in India, ITME has become a leading “hub”. Ratera provided a major display of its machinery, with a braiding machine for fishing nets, a braiding machine for sports ropes, a suture machine with marked patterns and also our superb ML-100 automatic winder.
We would like to take advantage of this newsletter to thank each and every one of the participants who visited our stands. It was a great opportunity to resume contact, present our new machinery and get a better idea of market needs.
Next, we would like to thank our network of sales representatives for the support they have given in making all four trade fairs such a success.
Finally, we would like to mention that we are eagerly awaiting the upcoming trade fairs in 2023. The first date will be in Milan, Italy, at ITMA 2023, the world’s most important textile machinery trade fair. Our second event will be in Shanghai, China at ITMA ASIA 2023, the main textile machinery event in Asia.
