Carriers and bobbins for Ecartamiento 432:

The carrier is equipped with a closure and upper thread guide with a swivel head. It also features a lateral thread guide and tensioner with a pulley, designed for threads with a maximum Ø15 mm. The brake system is performed using a drum. Additionally, the carrier is identified for right and left sides, and it includes a protected and easily replaceable tension spring. The upper and lower supports of the bobbin come with bearings. The aluminum bobbin has an interchangeable plastic material drag.

• Ø 250×650 mm. Capacity 30.065 cm³.

83L System: The most advanced mechanical system

83L System: This advanced mechanical system, originally patented by Ratera, features wear-resistant components made of tempered and ground steel with a medium hardness of 610 Brinell (± 20 points). The carrier feet utilize rotating bushings, and the blade cuts are made using plastic segments. The system achieves three significant outcomes:
