Small gauges are used to achieve good braiding quality. The most common are the E80 and E104 which provide high precision and allow for the handling of very fine threads. The popular Gauge 115 offers more bobbin capacity and speed, becoming the best choice when the fiber can withstand greater tension.
Ratera offers all the necessary accessories for the product: crushing calenders for flat tubulars, take ups, take off for round cords, meter counters, speed control, and requirements requested by the costumer.
