  • Multiple adjustment points to achieve perfectly filled bobbins.
  • Ceramics and finishes for any type of fiber: Textile, Synthetic, Metallic, Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, etc. Taking care of the product is esential for a good braiding.
  • Mechanical or motorized linear distributor, adjustable in both cases to obtain the appropriate pitch between every cycle.

This winders are designed to complement Ratera braiding machines, from the smallestbobbins of Gauge 80 with dimensions of Ø 39x110mm to the largest ones of Gauge 680 measuring Ø 365×730 mm.

  • Many options on capstans and gripping points for a proper bobbin traction without causing damage and at maximum speed.
  • Flexibility. Possibility of winding various bobbins sizes on the same machine. For example, the model 4PVLU/330 allows winding bobbins from Ecartamiento 80 to Ecartmaiento 160.
  • Customized heads for filling bobbins from other brands and sectors.
