We customize our machines depending on your needs
- Number of Carriers: Braiding machines for sleeves often feature a high number of carriers, such as 48, 64, 96, or even up to 144. These high carrier counts create space in the center of the machine, allowing the creation of a tubular product without a core.
- Gauge: The choice of spacing in millimeters of the platens will depend on the type of material you intend to work with. For fine materials like fiberglass or ceramic fibers, or very thin threads, an E80 or E104 spacing may provide better-finished product quality. For thicker polyester monofilaments with multiple threads per bobbin, E115 offers excellent performance.
- Traction System: Ratera offers various roller systems designed to gently compress the braided material without causing damage.
- Accessories: These can include mandrels, rings for forcing the opening, an anti-tangling switch at the braiding point, core control, traffic light system, and meter counter.
- Safety Features: The machines are equipped with safety features that comply with CE and/or national standards in each country.
