Carriers and bobbins for Ecartamiento 140

The high bobbin capacity of the Ecartamiento 140 allows for longer ropes to be made without splicing and at the same time minimizes reel changes in the braiding machine.

Depending on the desired product to be manufactured, the carriers can be equipped with ceramics of different finishes, pulleys, and springs of the necessary tension.

There are two versions of bobbins:

• Ø 78×250 mm with a capacity of 962.11 cm³.
• Ø 78×280 mm with a capacity of 1,211.27 cm³.

83L System: The most advanced mechanical system

83L System: This advanced mechanical system, originally patented by Ratera, features wear-resistant components made of tempered and ground steel with a medium hardness of 610 Brinell (± 20 points). The spindle feet utilize rotating bushings, and the blade cuts are made using plastic segments. The system achieves three significant outcomes:
